Let's talk about what you might need.

SERVICES

Two ways to work together.

There are seasons in life when our usual ways of navigating no longer seem to work.

Sometimes the disruption is obvious—a traumatic experience, a medical diagnosis, the end of a relationship, the loss of someone you love, or a major life transition. Other times it's more difficult to name. You simply find yourself feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about who you're becoming.

My work is grounded in a philosophy I call Wayfinding.

Wayfinding is the art of orienting yourself after you've been disoriented. It isn't about finding the perfect map or having all the answers. It's about learning to understand where you are, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater awareness, flexibility, and intention.

Every person's path is different. That's why I offer two ways of working together.

Individual Therapy

Healing often unfolds through small conversations, steady practice, and the gradual discovery that you're responding to life differently than you once did.

Weekly therapy provides a consistent space to understand yourself more deeply, work through difficult experiences, develop new skills, and create meaningful change over time. Together, we'll explore both the patterns that are keeping you stuck and the strengths that will help you move forward.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a significant life transition, therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and find your bearings at a pace that fits naturally into everyday life.

Wayfinding Intensives

Sometimes meaningful work benefits from uninterrupted time.

Wayfinding Intensives are extended therapy experiences designed for people who want to focus deeply on a particular challenge over one to three days. Rather than stopping every fifty minutes and picking up again the following week, intensives create the continuity needed to stay with important work as it unfolds.

Each intensive is individually designed around your goals and may integrate evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, experiential, and embodied practices to support lasting change.

For many people, this format provides the time and space to move through an important season with greater clarity, momentum, and confidence.
